Introducing Our New Redi-Ship Program
The Redi-Ship program has a wide variety of products available for immediate delivery.
Redi-Ship orders are shipped to you within 30 hours of receipt of completed paperwork
including all sizing and method of payment, with the exception of weekends. Please allow 7 to 10 days for delivery. For faster delivery
choose UPS air services. Redi-Ship dresses are available in black
only in the Classical and Preferred fabrics and are in stock in sizes 2 thru 20 in regular lengths. (Add $7.50 for longs).
The classical symphony concert skirt is available in sizes SM thru 2XL.
Mens polyester Peak and Notch lapel tuxedo coats are in stock in sizes 34S thru 54L, poly exact waist pants from size 27 waist,
thru 48 waist and poly adjustable pants from size 24 waist thru 52 waist. Both the mens ¼ inch pleat Wing Collar and Laydown
Collar shirts are in stock from size 13 ½ neck thru 21 inch neck., and the ladies white ¼ inch pleat Wing Collar blouse from
size 2 thru 20.
The new “Signature” black five-button fullback satin vest is available in sizes XS thru 3XL.

SAMPLES
Sample garments or sample swatches are available for your review. To request any sample of our offered garments
choose what you would like to see, choose an average size, and preferred color. Place order here on line or call
us toll free at 800-828-2802. We will come as close to your choices as possible, reasonable substitutions in size
and color should be expected. Return of garments for credit is expected no later than 30 days from shipping date.
All samples are shipped ground at Tuxedo Wholesaler’s expense. If a faster option is requested the costs of shipping
will be responsibility of the client.
The garments may be obtained with a school purchase order or charge card. Samples need to be returned in new
condition within 30 days of shipping date. We require a credit card or an approved purchase order (OAC, Net 30 Days).
Upon receipt of returns, credit will be issued to the account or charge card.
Please remember that these garments are for visual and try on purposes only. Garments must be returned in the same
condition as we sent them, or the client will pay for any damaged garment, including wear, while in their possession.

RENTALS
We prepare your rental with hanger tags to identify each individual’s outfit for ease of distribution.
The rental term is for the school year, September 1st through June 15th. The rental price is not prorated.
We will exchange any rental garment at any time during the rental period to assure a proper fit, all you pay are
the shipping charges inbound and outbound. Please allow enough time to meet your next performance date. To avoid
an additional rental charge all exchange items must be returned to Tuxedo Wholesaler within 30 days of shipment of
the replacement goods. We do not pre-hem rental pants, however, we will pull as close as possible from available
stock. We are happy to hem to your specified measurements for a $7.50 charge at your request.
Normal wear and tear is expected on rented garments but should garments be damaged or permanently altered, they
will be returned to you along with a billing for the replacement price. This includes, but is not limited to,
iron damage, any type of glue, (including iron in hem tape or stitch witchery), tears, holes, or cutting off garment
for convenient hemming.
Hems: Garments like gowns, skirts, and trousers are delivered to you with a finished edge without a hem. For
trousers, we are happy to hem to your specified measurements for a $7.50 charge at your request. We are unable to
hem gowns, as they require a personal fitting for a proper “uniform” hem.

Ordering through your group or organization may save you shipping charges
PURCHASE
We ship all orders by United Parcel Service (UPS) ground service unless otherwise specified. Shipments to Alaska,
Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and Canada must be shipped Air. Holidays and weekends are not included in the delivery
time. We suggest you place your order as soon as possible as processes may take 5 days to 6 weeks including shipping
time. All shipping charges will be added and charged to your order and the client is responsible for all shipping costs.

RENTALS
All rental shipping and handling charges will be charged by weight. We ship as soon after receipt of your order as
possible or to accommodate your performance date. We suggest you place your order as soon as possible as processes

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client. We ship every order as soon as it is ready. If a split
shipment is approved by the client we will ship everything we have ready and backorder all other items. Written
split shipment approval is required. Stock items are replenished regularly, items that are listed as made to order
require production time and usually ship within the time frame estimated. We do not sell or supply your personal
information to anyone.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Check your order carefully upon arrival.
Should you need to exchange or return an item, remember: items must be returned within 30 days of shipping date,
unused, labels intact and unaltered. Please contact your Sales Associate to place exchange orders. Returns may
be subject to a restocking fee including special cut charges. Special ordered garments are non-returnable,
non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
We will exchange any rental garment at any time during the rental period to assure a proper fit, all you pay are
the shipping charges inbound and outbound. Please allow enough time to meet your next performance date. To avoid
an additional rental charge all exchange items must be returned to Tuxedo Wholesaler within 30 days of shipment of
the replacement goods.
- Include the RA (Return Authorization) form with your shipment along with your full account name, address and
contact name. Write the RA number on the outside of the box in 2” letters. Ship by any method that allows
you to trace the package. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.
- We urge you to ship back to us any returns or exchanges as soon as possible in order to have your account adjusted where necessary.
- Contact your Sales Associate for all exchange orders.

PAYMENTS
You may choose from these convenient payment plans:
PREPAY: By check, credit card or money order. Orders of $1500 or more receive a 5% discount with prepay by check or money order.
PURCHASE ORDER: Send (FAX or mail) a school purchase order with your order. OAC will receive terms of Net
30 Days. We must receive a copy of the purchase order prior to shipment.
CHARGE CARD: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover
C.O.D.: Certified check or money order on delivery
If there is an unexpected price change during the catalog year the client will be notified prior to shipment.
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client.

SPECIAL CUTS
If you have special needs, or your measurements do not fit our standard patterns you may require a special cut.
Measure carefully and give us all the measurements we need. Remember that we are trying to make something special
for someone we do not see. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on “special cut“ garments.
For gown and skirt length we request a height measurement. All gowns can be cut knee length or mini length upon
request. A special cut charge will apply. No returns or exchanges accepted on special cut gowns.
For those members that may be larger than the size range of our charts for items manufactured by Tuxedo Wholesaler
a custom size garment can be made with an additional special order charge of $10.00. We also can provide special
cut garments for maternity or special situations. In these circumstances it would be best to consult with your
Sales Associate for accuracy of fit and for information on appropriate measuring information.
SPECIAL ORDERS OR CUSTOMIZED ORDERS:
If you have special requests, please speak to your Sales Associate for information at 1-800-828-2802. Such requests
may be a specific color not shown, a discontinued item, a different sleeve choice, special length preferences, etc.,
special measurements may be required so measure carefully and give us all the measurements we need. Remember that
we are trying to make something special for someone we do not see. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on
“special ordered” or “customized” garments.
Customized merchandise includes anything beyond the boundaries of the on-line or printed materials. This includes,
but is not limited to, custom variations of stock items, colors, fabrics, or sizes.
If the need arises to cancel all or part of a special order or customized order a written cancellation request must
be received prior to your scheduled cut date to be accepted. If a cancellation request is received after the
scheduled cut date the request would be refused and the client would be responsible for the purchase of all garments
cut. Sorry, but no returns can be accepted on custom merchandise. Re-orders are accepted in any quantity, all
prices and surcharges will apply, delivery will be subject to time available. Special orders or customized orders
may require a little more time for completion.
Re-orders of garments or colors that are no longer featured here on line or in our printed catalog in most styles is
possible. We continue to make available all garments designed and built by Tuxedo Wholesaler for as long as you
want to order them. All garments made by Tuxedo Wholesaler are made in America by patterns designed and owned by
Tuxedo Wholesaler. If you have seen or purchased a garment in the past and do not see it in the current catalog,
call us and in most cases we can provide it for you. This includes gowns, below knee length gowns, mini gowns,
blouses, vests, spencers, sashes, jazz cummerbunds, and skirts.

SIZING YOUR ORDER
We provide a measurement form and an example of how to measure both here on line and in our printed catalog. We are
more than happy to size your order for you. If you prefer to do the sizing we have made size charts available for you
here on line.
It is important that the measurements you use are accurate. We recommend that members be measured wearing lightweight
clothing such as dancewear or T-shirts. Follow the guidelines of the “how to measure” information provided here on
line or in our printed catalog. Each catalog item has a chart alpha listing to help identify the correct chart to use.
For large groups the most recommended method for sizing your order is a Fitting stock. This is basically purchasing one
of each size within the requirements from your measurement chart. Have each member try on the size most likely to fit
and then choose the size they want. Just like at the department store. Call your Sales Associate for more information.
For gown and skirt length note the request for height. Ladies over 5'8" will need a long, ladies over 6' will need an
extra long gown. All gowns can be cut knee length or mini length upon request. A special cut charge will apply.
No returns or exchanges accepted on special cut gowns. We do recommend basing your size selection on our size charts
instead of what you normally wear in another brand or manufacturer. For even more accuracy, consult with our Sales
Associates who have expert information on our product line at 1-800-828-2802.

PRICE CHANGES
Prices are occasionally incorrect due to typographical errors or rare price changes during the catalog year. If there
is an unexpected price change during the catalog year the client will be notified when placing their order, and /or prior
to shipment.
QUOTATIONS:
Quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days.
BIDS:
If a bid is required by your school district we will work with you to help you qualify our apparel and provide the details
necessary to submit your bid request for Concert Attire by Tuxedo Wholesaler garments.
HEMS:
Garments like gowns, skirts, and trousers are delivered to you with a finished edge without a hem. For trousers we are
happy to hem to your specified measurements for a $7.50 charge at your request. We are unable to hem gowns, as they require

DYE LOTS
Although we make every attempt to keep dye lots consistent we cannot guarantee exact dye lot matches on fill in orders.
It is our experience that most slight variations will go unnoticed by performers or audience members.
Dye lot variations are beyond our control and we are unable to guarantee an exact match on re-orders. We will send
swatches on request for any garments you are considering. If you are re-ordering please check your order upon receipt
and before altering to see if there are any unacceptable variations in dye lot.
COLOR
Due to translations in any given media is not possible to maintain colors correctly either here on line or in our printed
material. For absolute accuracy in color we will send swatches upon request for no charge, for any of our fabric options.

to find a replacement that is the same or similar. In most cases we are able to find a replacement that will satisfactory.
